An interactive installation for Noisiy Festival in the UK. The brief for the project was "Use Your Illusion" and this installation certainly hit the brief. With multiple moving parts and various lighting elements, this piece really left your vision swimming after looking at it. Viewers could also spin the outer circles which created the illusion of flashing lights and tunnels.
Inspired by the amazing bioluminescent UV displays of coral reefs, and built from hundreds of recycled plastic objects such as bottle tops, straws, hose pipes and plastic bottles, this installation really hit home about the environmental crisis our oceans are facing due to plastic pollution.
I was featured in the Top 5 Artists of the festival for this work.
